Stage 1: Phone screen with recruiter.
Stage 2: Online assessment (4 hrs) This consists of a tutorial on their own/home-grown/cryptic computer language.
Stage 3: Onsite interview The onsite is with a panel of 3 senior managers and then a half hour programming test.
