We believe in transparency, and that includes our hiring process. Each step of our process is integral to ensuring that our team is made up of the best and the brightest.

We will contact applicants whose skills are a match to set up a 20-30 minute intro call. This is just as much of an opportunity for you to learn about us as it is for us to learn about you. We’ll dive into your background, provide context about the role, and answer any questions you may have about Pathrise.
For most roles, the intro call is followed by a take-home assignment. Assignments are our way of gauging a candidate’s written communication and their critical thinking skills. Assignments are typically completed in 2-3 days, but may take as little as 30 minutes.
The 2nd round interview consists of a 45-minute Google Meet interview with a hiring manager. This interview may take many forms: a mock call, an advising session, or a simple Q&A format.
For some positions, candidates will skip this round.
Congrats on making it to the final round! This stage consists of a multi-part interview consisting of an interview with our cultural values team, a chat with our CEO and a chat with our CTO.
