We seek to uplift job seekers in their careers and help them fulfill their hopes, ambitions and livelihoods.Read Mission Statement
Everything we do is with the goal of placing our fellows in jobs that they find satisfying and we do this by being “fellow centric”, which means putting our fellows first.
At Pathrise we are trying to optimize the job seekers dilemma by approaching it systematically. We should be thinking about how can we improve and continue to contribute.
Being a founder means we have to understand the overall picture of the business, why our work is important, and where we should take it in the future.
We must go above and beyond to be supportive, be positive and inspire one another to bring up productive conversations where feedback is viewed as an opportunity for growth.
Work from anywhere. Pathrise is headquartered in San Francisco, but our team is fully distributed. Everyone feels included and connected through all hands meetings, happy hours, weekly wins, virtual coffee chats, & much more.
We strive to provide an environment where employees can grow, be heard, feel valued, and make meaningful contributions. Hear what our team has to say about working at Pathrise!
