We will contact applicants whose skills are a match to set up a 20-30 minute intro call. This is just as much of an opportunity for you to learn about us as it is for us to learn about you. We’ll dive into your background, provide context about the role, and answer any questions you may have about Pathrise.
For full-time roles, the intro call is followed by a take-home assignment. Assignments are our way of gauging a candidate’s written communication and their critical thinking skills.
Part-time roles will typically skip this step.
For some full-time roles, especially senior level positions, candidates will complete a 30 - 45 min 2nd round interview with the hiring manager via Google Meet. This interview may take many forms: a mock call, an advising session, or a simple Q&A format.
For many full time positions, candidates will skip this round.
Congrats on making it to the final round! For full-time roles, this stage consists of a multi-part interview which entails an panel with our cultural values team, an interview with relevant team members such as Operations, Admissions, etc, and sometimes a meeting with our CEO or CPO.
For part-time roles, the final typically entails one 30 - 45 minute Google Meet with an interviewer.
