Stage 1: Phone screen with recruiter
Stage 2: Onsite interview
The onsite consists of 4 30 minute interviews by technical staff. The technical manager asks basic questions about prior experiences, difficulties, reasons for seeking position, etc. Each of the other engineers asks specific questions about programming knowledge related to the job posting, detailed language questions, specifics of operating systems and development environments.

- Simple concept of OOPs.
