The interview process for a software engineer can take 1-6 weeks

Stage 1: Phone screen with hiring manager
Stage 2: Phone interview with engineering lead
Stage 3: Onsite interview
At the onsite, all the rounds are focused only on PL/SQL. There are questions on system design, behavioral and software engineering philosophy.

The interview process for a data scientist can take 1-3 weeks

Onsite interview includes a 30-45 minute presentation related to past work. Onsite questions are 1/2 technical and 1/2 cultural. Technical questions involved whiteboarding Python algorithm questions and some questions related to technical skills on resume.
