Stage 1: Phone screen with recruiter This includes a couple technical questions about Java

Stage 2: Online coding challenge The candidate is asked to finish an online testament on HireVue in which the candidate has to record him/herself before and after each of the two questions, explaining how they would approach the problem and then what the result was. These are 15 min questions. The coding challenge takes 30 minutes.

Stage 3: Onsite interview Travel and accommodations are provided. The day before the interview process the candidates are given a tour of the city and taken out for dinner. The onsite interview consists of two 1 hour rounds, a campus tour, lunch, and then 30 minutes of tech (whiteboard coding and class design questions) and 30 minutes of behavioral interviews.
