Pathrise opens 5 new career tracks

Since Pathrise began helping people land tech jobs in 2017, we’ve placed over 1,400 fellows. But our mentoring was limited to just a handful of tech roles. We had to turn away qualified applicants seeking in-demand jobs in fields like finance, IT, and consulting. We didn’t have enough mentors to help people break into these highly requested careers. Until now.

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve opened 5 new career tracks! Fellows can now get help landing jobs in engineering (non-software), IT & cybersecurity, supply chain, strategy & consulting, and operations management. We’ve also opened a Finance, Accounting, & Banking (FAB) track as well as a People, Talent, and HR track. We’re thrilled to be able to help more people find their dream job in these in-demand fields!

To keep up with our expanding career tracks, we’re expanding our mentoring team. Fellows in our new tracks will work 1-on-1 with expert industry mentors with experience on both sides of the hiring table. So far our mentors hail from top companies like Google, Facebook, and Deloitte. Our technical curriculum is expanding as well to prepare fellows for the intense technical interviews in fields like consulting and engineering.

The 5 new tracks include an income share agreement so fellows don’t pay anything until they land a great job. We also offer a 2 week free trial to see if the program is right for you.

If you would like to work 1-on-1 with one of our mentors to land your dream job in any of our tracks, from HR to engineering, join Pathrise.
