HOW TUITION WORKS
There is no up-front cost or tuition required to enroll in Pathrise; we only get paid when you do. Only after you've been hired and started work, you'll pay back 9% of 1 year of income over the course of 6 months.
Not only that, but you're free to withdraw during the first 2 weeks of the program with no liability. If you withdraw within 2 weeks, you owe us nothing and the income share is cancelled.
A WEEK IN THE PROGRAM
Customized to your schedule, whether you're passively or actively job seeking
Following last week's workshop on how to optimize your written profile, you have a hour-long 1-on-1 session with your dedicated Pathrise advisor to optimize each and every bullet point on your resume.
With all the suggested revisions in hand, you start implementing your notes into your resume, while messaging your advisor with new questions whenever you want.
You're curious about other potential optimizations you can make on your LinkedIn profile and personal website, so you and your advisor spent another 45 minutes 1-on-1 in the evening when you're free working on revamping your online presence.
Last week, you had a 1-on-1 technical mock interview. This week, you do group practice in an advisor-led session with the other fellows in your batch for collaborative learning.
Your advisor notices you are weaker specifically with Dynamic Programming problems and creates a personalized assignment for you to work on. You won't waste time re-learning every single concept, and instead receive personalized curriculum.
On Saturday afternoon, you attend a general workshop where an advisor teaches tactics for reverse recruiting - how to effectively source recruiters, figure out their contact information, and then reach out to them to triple your application response rates.
In your second workshop of the week, your advisor pushes the topic further into social media platforms and informational interviews.

A general overview of our core modules and schedule
You'll kick off your fellowship by meeting your industry advisor. He or she will be your main point of contact throughout the Pathrise fellowship, but you'll also work with many other experts that specialize in topics like networking, interviewing and more.
We asked recruiters across every industry how to create a resume and portfolio destined for success. We'll teach you the best strategies we know and help you ruthlessly optimize everything from what you say to how you say it. You'll be ready to start applying for companies in our internal network within the first 2 weeks of the program.
Pathrise will help you build a powerful network that consists of our alumni, leaders and hiring managers. In a few cases, we'll even directly introduce you to companies and past fellows in our network who will give you an internal referral to open positions.
As you start interviewing, your Pathrise advisor will help you prepare for what to expect with rigorous mock interview sessions. We'll teach you how to nail your elevator pitch and clearly articulate your story. If you expect coding, design, case study or market sizing questions, your advisor will specifically invest time in training you on how to ace even the hardest of problem-solving challenges.
If you need additional experience, we work with you on a hands-on project based on input from hundreds of hiring managers on what they like to see in their candidates. If you already have great projects, we'll help you expand, polish and present them in the most impressive way possible.
For each offer you get, your advisor will help you negotiate for more money and better benefits. We've been through the process over and over again, on both sides of the table, so you can be sure we'll get you the best offer possible. Even after you've signed a final offer, you'll always be able to leverage our growing network of fellows.
