Students assess responses as they learn to overcome common objections, stalls, and put-offs. Instructors guide students through multiple difficult sales scenarios, with plenty of opportunities for hands-on practice. The curriculum also covers a wide variety of soft professional skills from effective communication to sales mindsets.

Their sales development bootcamp also meets live for 2 days from 9am to 4pm EST. Students get 14 hours of training with lots of 1-on-1 support, a course manual to review the material, and ongoing sales tips sent to their inbox. The curriculum teaches current sales development representatives (SDRs) to optimize their cold calls, streamline lead follow-up calls, develop their organizational skills, and improve their rapport building. Students learn the proper role and sequence for calls, emails, voicemails and social media in sales development. In addition to studying the buyers’ journey and learning to overcome objections, students hone their professional skills such as communication.
